Springtime market to turn trash into treasure

Wall Township’s The Historic Village at Allaire will soon be hosting a market-style fundraiser, and the public is welcome to browse for some bargains.

With everything from knickknacks to Books, handmade goods, vintage items, art and many other products offered for sale, this event will have something for everyone. All ages are welcome to attend the market, and admission is $2.00 for youth and adults, while its free for anyone who is 12 and under.

An event like this can be a great opportunity for people to turn their trash into someone else's treasure. Vendor spaces are currently available for booking, and the current rate is $30 per table. Two days before the sale, the fee to reserve a spot will go up to $35. Those who wish to participate will need to have a Vendor Application filed for the year with The Historic Village at Allaire.

Funds raised through the market will be used to help meet the historic property’s operating expenses. The 40-acre site bills itself as a “living history museum” and depends upon the support of the public to keep its gates open,

Vendor application Forms, Copies of the rules and policies for the occasion, and many other items that can make this sort of function a success can be obtained by a printing services provider.

The site’s Village Show Field will be the location for this community fundraiser, and it will be held two weeks today on April 13. Vendors can start arriving to set up their space at 8:00 am.
