Wall Township is set to host a race that will feature a sea of rubber ducks, to raise funds for a local historic venue.
It's almost time for the “Ducky Derby” at The Historic Village at Allaire, which will be hosting the 14th running of this annual event.
Each admission ticket for the day will come with one chance to win a prize, and the races will take place every half hour.
While the derby will be a big draw for many, there will be other fun on offer as well. Themed games and activities have been planned, and everyone can try their hand at duck calling, or visiting the themed selfie stations.
There will be live animals to meet, and children can spend time “fishing.”
Live music, demonstrations, and learning stations will be set up, and there are a variety of ways for the Wall Township corporate community to get involved in the celebration.
Local companies that would like to sponsor the derby are welcome to do so, and to thank them, their duck’s name will be displayed by the pond on a specially designed sign. Many organizers appreciate the donation of Corporate Gifts in kind to be used as draw prizes for a fundraising event.
The annual Ducky Derby will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 22, taking place at 4263 Atlantic Avenue Wall, in The Historic Village at Allaire.Get a Free Quote for Corporate Gifts
