Secaucus kayakers to enjoy high-tide paddle

Kayaking offers a quiet way to explore the sea and shoreline, and a local environmental stewardship organization has scheduled an outing for experienced Secaucus paddlers.

Hackensack Riverkeepers will be guiding a group for an outing that will visit Laurel Hill Park. The ticket price will depend on which option is chosen, and kayaks will be available for rental by anyone who cannot bring their own.

The registrants in the activity will be paying a visit to Sawmill Creek marsh at high tide, and as the listing explained this will give the paddlers access to rivers, creeks and other areas that are not accessible when the tide is out. They will be able to enjoy views of the Manhattan skyline and also the Newark cityscape, and there is enough room for up to 10 participants. The excursion is limited to those age 18 and up, and they must be experienced at kayaking.

Organizers of events often have to order Letterheads, waivers, and other business Stationery. Print shops will be able to help, and can offer a full line of customized Stationery and business Forms.

Hackensack Riverkeepers will be leading this outing to Sawmill Creek on September 4. Everyone who registers is asked to arrive at the departure point in Laurel Hill Road by 12:00 pm, and the paddlers will return to shore at 2:00 pm.
