Bruno Mars is coming to the Secaucus area this August for a concert at MetLife Stadium.
A consistent hit-maker for over a decade, Bruno Mars is still bringing the bops to the Billboard 200 chart, as his newest album, The Romantic, debuted at No. 1 earlier this year.
Before that, Mars teamed up with Anderson .Paak to form the supergroup, Silk Sonic. Their 2022 debut album, An Evening with Silk Sonic, snagged the group four Grammy Awards, all four of which were for the single “Leave The Door Open.”
With The Romantic, Mars once again topped the album charts for the first time since his second album from 2013, Unorthodox Jukebox. The new work also marks the first time Mars had an album debut at No. 1. According to the review aggregate site Metacritic, The Romantic also has favorable reviews, with a 66 Metascore.
Mars has been in the limelight since he made appearances in film and television as an Elvis impersonator at 4 years old. He appeared in an interview in the 1990 UK documentary Viva Elvis as well as making a cameo in the 1992 comedy film Honeymoon In Vegas.
