Secaucus event to make veggies the star of the show

Veg heads from across the state will be converging on Secaucus for an event that will showcase fruit, vegetables, and a whole lot more.

This will be the second year for the New Jersey VegFest, which will give the public a chance to discover ways they can live a healthy lifestyle and incorporate more fruit and vegetables into their daily diet.

Guest speakers will be giving presentations on a variety of topics ranging from health and nutrition to farming practices, and there will be plenty more to see and do as well. Poster printing can be used to craft Posters and other large-sized marketing materials for a major annual event such as this.

The event will be kid-friendly, and there will be many different vendors and organizations with displays set up to browse through. Food trucks that will be serving up smoothies and other vegetable based dishes will also be on site. A vegan beer garden will be new for this year, and there will even be a Veg Speed Date activity as well. Families are asked to register their child to assist the organizers in planning the event.

This years’ New Jersey VegFest has been slated for the Meadowlands Exposition Center on October 7 and 8. General admission for adults starts at $30, and more details can be found on its website.
