Secaucus area set to welcome special guest

Santa is already hard at work preparing his schedule for the upcoming holiday season, and one of the events on his agenda will see him make a stop near Secaucus.

The Nutley Chamber of Commerce recently announced that it has scheduled its 61st annual visit from Santa. The Jolly Old Elf will be paying a visit to the Nutley High School Park Oval using a helicopter for his transportation, and the gates for the gathering will open an hour ahead of his arrival.

In honor of the occasion, the Chamber and the Mayor will be partnering with local businesses to make Santa and Mrs Claus feel welcome, and Ultimate Entertainment’s Robert Frannicola will lend his energy to the festivities by serving as the MC. Costumed characters will be circulating for the kids to meet, and there will be photo ops during this popular area tradition.

This festive occasion is on offer free of charge, and to help build holiday cheer, the first 500 kids to arrive will each receive a swag bag of Promotional Products donated by the sponsors. Some special, larger Corporate Gifts will be in the mix as well.

This warm welcome to The Big Guy in Red and his wife will be held on November 24. The celebration will be getting started at 1:00 pm.
