The Meadowlands YMCA has a long history of being a positive social influence in the community, and it will be celebrating this during a special Secaucus-area celebration planned for this October.
The organization will be hosting its annual Anniversary Gala, and since it first began back in 2011, this yearly event has raised over $600,000. The planners remarked that the monies raised will be utilized to support the programs and other initiatives offered by the YMCA, and the occasion will also recognize those who have worked hard to be a helping hand to their community.
This special event, which will be held in Il Villaggio in Carlstadt, will see CBS 2’s Chris Wragge take to the podium as the emcee. Guests will have an opportunity to learn more about the various efforts the YMCA has undertaken to support local individuals and families as well as the different programs it has to offer. There will also be awards presented to five individuals from the local area who exemplify the values that guide the “Y” in its efforts.
Tickets for this gala affair start at $225.00, and a variety of sponsorship opportunities are available. A printing company that crafts Corporate Gifts will be able to custom design special awards for an event like this.
