Manalapan running enthusiasts are getting ready to celebrate Spring by lacing up their tennis shoes and heading to The City Tri New Jersey Spring Half - 10K- 5K coming to Monmouth Battlefield State Park in mid-April.
The course will be looped with the 5K athletes completing the loop once, the 10K athletes running it twice and the Half Marathon runners completing it four times. The start and finish line will be in the Battleview Orchards.
Registration for the Individual age group open Half Marathon will be $85, $60 for the 10K and $50 for the 5K.
Swag for all races will include live tracking, finisher pictures and videos, finisher medals, commemorative race bibs with chip timing and lime green technical T-Shirts sporting the event's graphic design.
Medals will also go to first, second and third place winners in each age division, and large acrylic awards will go to top female and male overall finishers in each distance.
Race Packets will only be available at the race site on race day.
Videos and pictures will be taken of each runner at they finish each loop and as they cross the finish line.
The New Jersey Spring Half, 10k and 5K will take place Sunday, April 14th beginning at 9:30 am at Monmouth Battlefield State Park, 20 State Route 33, Business Manalapan Township.
