Manalapan residents eager to show off their style and moves will want to keep an opening in their schedule for next month, as an evening of dance is on the horizon.
The South Street Salsa Marlboro 50/50 Social, organized by the South Street Salsa Dance Company, has announced a date for its next social event, allowing interested parties to build it into their plans. The gathering will be held in nearby Marlboro at the organizer’s newest location, allowing attendees to dance to salsa and bachata.
The gathering will kick off with a workshop to teach the basics of both dance styles before transitioning into the social segment. Members can attend the social for free. At 7:30 PM, Kevin Toft will hold the Level 1 Bachata class, while Pawel and Pri will host the Level 2 Sensual Bachata. Business Cards are an excellent way for instructors and teachers at such events to connect with attendees and arrange for future lessons.
The social dancing will start at 8:30 PM, following the classes. Parking is free at the host venue, and guests can purchase water for $1 to remain hydrated.
South Street Salsa on County Route 520 in Marlboro will host the dancing classes and social event. It is scheduled for Friday, January 16th, from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Tickets cost $30.41 per student online.
