Manalapan shoppers can get a welcome head start on their holiday shopping lists when Monmouth County Economic Development brings its Mini Made in Monmouth to the Covered Bridge Ballroom early in December.
Over 80 vendors will be selling items made in Monmouth County. Items will be the likes of chocolates, wine, lotions, oils and soaps. There will be baked goods, home décor, gifts and jewelry. Other merchandise will include art, candles and ornaments.
Some vendors that may be returning from the Made in Monmouth event back in April could be 2Kute Babies (selling baby accessories and blankets), 4 Loving Paws (pet wear), Anna and Red (hair accessories), Artisan Home and Design (knitwear and silk-screened clothing). Others may include BellaBee Pure (honey, balm and beeswax candles), Black Cat Pottery and Crocheted Creations by LP. Food vendors may be bringing dabob-ice cream, cakes, brownies, and jams.
Guests at event such as this, especially those who wish to continue their support for local businesses, often enjoy gathering Business Cards from those vendors they especially enjoy. That way. they can get in touch with them at a later date for custom or seasonal work.
Mini Made in Monmouth will take place Sunday, December 8 from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Covered Bridge Ballroom, 1 Amberly Drive, here in town. Admission will be free.
