Manalapan sings for charity

In the tradition of giving during the holiday season, the Manalapan Business Association has announced the 8th Annual Lights & Carols for a Claus event.

During the event, Santa and Mrs Claus will be greeting the children and giving them candy canes and small gifts. Dunkin will provide donuts and hot cocoa for the little ones and coffee for the older ones, with Howell High School groups – Rebelation and Reverb, Rebel Remix and RockNRoll Chorus – giving performances.

Many little ones like to dress in their holiday best when attending events like this. Pictures taken of them participating in festive activities often go to local Print shops for duplicates for grandparents and other relatives.

Although the event will be free, donations for CentraState Maternal & Child Health Services will be greatly appreciated. Individual donations of $25, $50, $100, $250, and business and family sponsorships are also available. The Business Sponsorships are $500, while the Family Sponsorships are $100. These donations may be sent through the event’s website. Business sponsors will get their Logo Design on the candy canes, and acknowledgement on the Foundation’s website.

The 8th Annual Lights & Carols for a Claus will take place December 16th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Iantosca Family residence at 43 Heather Drive. A rain date has been set for December 17th.
