Easterseals New Jersey will be holding its annual Play With Purpose fundraiser at the end of the month.
Although the event will be free, a $25 donation has been suggested. This will be a morning of activities for all abilities and ages, and will be open to individuals, families, and neighborhood or office teams.
Activities will include an arts and dance program for all ages and abilities, and a visual arts area where individuals can add to the event displays and create their own masterpieces. The large indoor soccer field will be the location of skill drills and shoot-outs. Guests will be able to participate in golf, basketball free throws with local college athletes, football toss, and bowling activities too. Also available will be a kids’ zone and a video arcade.
Everyone will be encouraged to take pictures of their friends and families as they participate in the activities. The event volunteers and staff will also be taking photos to take to local Print shops for brochure printing and poster printing.
Play With Purpose will be Saturday, April 28th from 10 am until 12:30 pm at Sportika, 150 Woodward Road, Manalapan. Registration will begin at 9 am and the Kick-Off event will begin at 10 am. Kids under 18 years of age must bring their parents or guardians. Everyone is encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that they do not mind getting dirty.
