Tasty fundraiser on the way for Hohokus area
A group of chefs and business owners from the Hohokus area have found a tasty way of raising funds to help support both childhood cancer research and Youth Consultation Services, and everyone is invited to come out and help the cause.
The plans for the ‘Ridgewood Cooks for a Cause’ fundraiser include an evening of music, food, and fun. The tickets to be a part of the excitement are being sold for $80 each, and all of the proceeds will be donated to the not-for-profit groups that will benefit from the event.
Greek-inspired nibbles, as well as paella and gourmet pizza, will all be on the menu, and they will have been prepared by hand just for the occasion. A selection of beer and wine will be served, and while the guests enjoy the food and drinks, they will be able to listen to tunes played live by Apollo 13.
