What's Happening in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ…

Somerset firm acquired by Hohokus landscaper

Raimondi Horticultural Group Inc., an interior landscape firm located in Hohokus, recently announced that it has purchased the Hillsborough-based Anderson Ward Plantscapes in Somerset County.

The company’s interior landscape designs have been featured and used in several national news shows, including ‘Nightly News with Brian Williams’, ‘The Today Show’ and ‘Good Morning America’.

According to president and chief executive officer of Raimondi Horticultural, Chris Raimondi, the acquisition is going to help the company to increase the number of clients it can serve in the area from Parsippany to Princeton and enable greater efficiencies in operations. These will enhance its purchasing economies, so the savings will be passed on to the company’s clients.

The services of the company include interior plant design and maintenance on a weekly basis in addition to landscaping for residential and corporate clients. One of its specialties is designing and creating holiday décor to match the changing seasons. The company also provides planting products such as planters and containers that complement plant selections and are available as self-watering, sub-irrigation systems so as to facilitate maintenance.

The company was founded in 1974 and is most likely turning to a variety of printing services to inform potential clients in the area of the acquisition and the services that will now be available to them.
