Kids who could benefit from a sensory friendly Halloween experience will be the guests of honor for an activity on offer near Hohokus.
The kids who attend the Spooky Sensory Sunday celebration that will be hosted at Chuck E. Cheese in Wayne will be able to trick or treat at the various tables. These will be manned by local business representatives and residents who want to add some extra fun to the season. Each table will have its own theme, keeping a varied supply of fun for all attendees. The final date to sign up to host a table is Saturday, September 23.
The guests, who are encouraged to come in costume if they wish, will be able to go shelling out at their own pace, and it's been requested that the display be sensory friendly, with no loud noise or flashing lights. The event will be open for two hours, and support for the activity has been provided by Roccos Journey.
