Hohokus workshop helps home sellers
Residents in Hohokus and the surrounding areas who are looking to either sell their residence or get into the potentially lucrative property business are signing up for the Worth-Pinkham Library's latest seminar.
‘How to Sell Your Home Quickly: Home Staging that Wows’ is an informative workshop led by an expert. The lesson is being put together by Lori Carbone, CEO of the Spaces that Speak home staging company.
Carbone has over 20 years of experience providing marketing services, sales, and merchandising for the New York fashion industry. She applied the aesthetic techniques she learned in fashion to a series of principles used to make a home more visually appealing. She has also personally flipped five properties of her own in the area using her home staging methods.
The workshop will cover the top reasons why most homes sit on the market, while also giving a series of tips that can be used to transform a home to one that is instantly more appealing. The seminar will include a number of visual aids, including examples of the outlined strategies in action. At the end of the lesson, Carbone will open the floor for a question and answer session.
