People in Hohokus sre asked to slip on their runners for an activity that will make it easier for local post-secondary students to reach their educational goals.
The Sgt. Christopher Hrbek Memorial Foundation will benefit from the Westwid Dad’s Dash and Family Walk. It will have participation options for all ages and ability levels, and will take place at Westvale Park in Westwood, although a virtual version will be on offer as well.
Those who would like to get involved can choose from the one-mile walk or the 5K run, and the final date to sign up is June 19. The course is mostly flat, and there will be water stations set up. The kids can have fun with activities planned for them, and refreshments will be on offer. To help keep the energy and excitement levels high, a DJ will be spinning tunes, and it offers a fun way to enjoy a fun morning with friends and family.
To thank those who take part for their support, T-Shirts with the function’s Logo Design will be distributed. Corporate Gifts offer a way to both acknowledge the support provided by volunteers or other helpers and also increase public awareness of a particular cause.
