What's Happening in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ…

Hohokus invited to get journaling in 2021

For those who are not sure how to get started with keeping a journal, the Hohokus Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library wants to help.

Those who are age 16 and over are welcome to be a part of the At Home Journaling program set up by the library. It was noted that it can be a way to keep on track with New Year's resolutions, and registration is required.

Each person who takes part will be given all the supplies that they will need to help them get started, and they will be packaged and ready for pick up. Journaling provides those who do so with an opportunity for introspection and to engage in some self-care, and to encourage all the registrants to keep going, the organizer will provide new prompts each week.

An activity like this can be enjoyed by just about anyone, even those who do not enjoy writing. Supplying each participant with promotional pens, a custom journal, and other supplies will make it easy for them to get started, and these can all be ordered from a local print shop.

Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library is currently accepting registrations for its At Home Journal program. Everyone who signs up is asked to pick up their packet of supplies by no later than the end of the business day on Friday, January 8.
