Hohokus area to spring into new season
A day filled with fun is on the way for the Hohokus area, and not even April showers will be enough to keep the celebration from welcoming one and all.
The Elmwood Park Recreation Department recently put out the word that it has planned the return of the annual Elmwood Park Spring Festival. It will be taking place in the community's Recreation Field and Market Street, and this throughway will be closed to vehicle traffic so that it can accommodate the activity.
The function, which will offer the atmosphere of a huge block party, will be filled with local small businesses in its vendor area, and this will include a special section just for artists and other markers. The kids can go for a spin on the rides, and games, face painters, live entertainment, food, and displays set up by community not-for-profit groups will round out the festivities.
Print shops supply both the business and not-for-profit sectors with a range of supplies and services. One of these that may be especially useful to event planners is banner printing, which can be used to supply everything from banners to signage.
