Hohokus area festival to be full of summer fun
A lazy summer day can be ideal for leisurely browsing through a pop-up market, and the Hohokus area is about to be treated to just such an experience.
Each year, Nyack hosts its annual Street Fair for the public, and 2023 will be no exception. It will be held in the community’s historic downtown, with fun on tap for all ages.
The Street Fair will see more than 300 booths set up, displaying works created by area artisans, local small businesses, and also a range of not-for-profit groups. Food will be available for purchase, and Cousins Lobster Truck will be rolling in for the occasion. NY Soda Jerks will be serving up old-fashioned style egg cremes.
Live entertainment will be taking place in the gazebo, and the celebration will be held rain or shine. Attendees are asked to leave their pets at home.
Community festivals can be made all the more enjoyable with the help of print shops, which will be happy to help take some of the pressure off the organizers by taking care of the marketing side of the equation. They can supply everything from banner printing to special items to offer as swag.
This year's Nyack Street Fair will bring the fun to the area on Sunday, July 9. Its Patch listing offers more details.
