Hohokus area event to welcome women who ride

Garden State Girls will be celebrating a special occasion with a springtime ride, and it will depart from a Hohokus area venue in early May.

Bergen County Harley-Davidson will be marking this year’s International Female Ride Day with an activity that will give local ladies who enjoy hitting the road on two wheels an opportunity to come together. It is anticipated that they will be coming in from all over the tristate area.

Those who plan on coming out can bring their ride, whether it has two or three wheels. They will be treated to live music and other fun, and food will be served as well. Ladies will be taking pride of place during the ride. Before they head out, the riders will be treated to coffee and donuts.

Clubs and other groups that organize special events may find themselves in the market for a variety of printed materials. A banner printing company will be happy to help, and can offer advice for making a budget stretch.

Bergen County Harley-Davidson will be rolling out the red carpet for this special event at 8:00 am on May 4, with the kickstand going up at 10:00 am. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the event’s online listing on Eventbrite, and will be available up until Tuesday, April 30.
