The Hohokus area is set to celebrate Independence Day with a bang, and the whole family can enjoy the schedule of activities planned for the occasion.
The organizing committee for the Paramus 4th of July festivities has created an action-packed schedule running from the early afternoon until after the sun goes down. Everyone will be able to secure a spot where they can set up their chair or blanket and then sit back, relax and enjoy the festivities.
The plans for the day include a food truck festival, with everything from comfort foods to gourmet selections on offer. The adults can enjoy cooling off with an ice-cold beer, margarita, or glass of sangria, and the kids will be invited to get up and move in an area of its own. The crowning touch to the day will be a fireworks show beginning at dusk, and everyone is asked to bring a generous donation to the Paramus Food Pantry.
Admission to the festivities is $5 each, and kids five and under can enter free of charge. A poster printing company will have a variety of ways to build the community buzz about an event like this.
This celebration of the nation’s birthday will welcome one and all on July 4. It will be held at the Westfield Garden State Plaza.
