Hohokus area celebration to greet start of holiday season
The holidays are just around the corner for Hohokus, and a local business has made plans to get in on the fun afforded by the season.
This year, Stew Leonard’s Paramus location will be hosting its very first ever Christmas Tree lighting, and an assortment of members of the community will be adding their talents to the festivities. Santa and one of his trusty reindeer will be stopping by, and parents have been put on notice that they can get some fun photos with The Big Guy in Red.
The celebration will kick off at 5:00 pm, and West Brook Middle School’s chorus and band will supply the entertainment. The crowd is welcome to sing along if they wish, and cookies and hot chocolate will provide a taste of the holidays. Santa photos will be available free of charge, and the planners noted that any families that would like to take part do no need to register beforehand.
Taking part in this type of activity can be a fun way for families to get a jump start on the holiday season. Banner printing and other marketing services for this sort of function can be performed by area print shops.
Stew Leonard’s, which can be found at 700 Paramus Park, will be getting the arrival of the winter holiday season going on December 3. The festivities will begin at 5:00 pm.
