For the past three years, Queen City OktoberFEST has been a celebration that brought the community together, and this year's celebration promises to be just as much fun.
The celebration, which is billed as being the one of the biggest ones of its type that will be held in Pineville this year, will give area residents several ways to support local businesses. It will feature an assortment of handmade crafts and other items, and its organizers hope it will be a “must attend” event for the surrounding area.
Along with a chance to shop from local companies and crafters, the guests at the function will have plenty to see and do. A Halloween bake sale will satisfy the sweet tooths in the crowd, and there will be bounce houses, mini golf, an arcade, laser tag and lots of other fun for both the young and the young at heart.
