One-stop auto service shop comes to Pineville
The Grease Monkey in Pineville recently held a grand reopening ceremony.
Paul and Terry Anderson are the owners of the shop, which provides quick oil changes and various preventive maintenance services for both trucks and cars, and offered tours of their facility. They enabled visitors to take photographs with a Mobil 1 Race Car and provided snacks and refreshments. They also had the opportunity to promote their coupons and specials, which include a Ladies’ Day special on Wednesdays as well as discounts on tire rotation and brake service.
The Andersons recently purchased the facility so they could bring their passion for cars and their maintenance to the South Charlotte business community, focusing on Pineville. They have both been active in the business community for 14 years from both professional and social standpoints.
The Grease Monkey is also partnering with A Child’s Place and Krusch & Sellers, Attorneys at Family Law, to provide shoes for school children in Mecklenburg County for those who are unable to afford them. The Andersons were able to collect 350 pairs of shoes and sneakers in 2014 and are looking to double that number this year. Customers who bring in a pair of new shoes with the tags still on them will get a $3 discount off any type of service.
The Andersons may have invested in flyer printing services to spread the word to residents in the area about their shop and the many specials they offer.
