Family friendly golf course comes to Pineville area

Chris Scuderi and his wife Carol recently announced that they will be opening Mr. Putty’s Fun Park in Fort Mill, South Carolina, just a short distance from Pineville.

The 1.5-acre site will offer 18-hole championship mini golf experience, with fountains, waterfalls, lush landscaping, and turbulent rivers. The primary attraction of the park will be that a variety of games and activities will be offered for children from preschool age upwards.

Chris commented that since they moved to Fort Mill five years ago, the community had complained about the lack of affordable activities for families with young children in the town. It will be a family business with son Robert Casatelli as the general manager. Local school schedules will determine the hours the park is opened, and there will be a snack stand partnering with at least one local restaurant for parties.

Within the site will be an adventure park measuring 11,000 square feet with several “adventure stations”. Initially, these will include a coconut climber, a water balloon slingshot, a trampoline basketball game, and an eight-person agility game. Children as young as three should be able to enjoy these games.

Flyers would be a good way for the Scuderi family to provide more information about this park for the community in time for its May 7 opening.
