Shea Custom will be hosting an Open House this week in South Charlotte near Pineville, as it looks to help people in their efforts to build a custom home.
The event is planned to be informational yet relaxed. Shea Custom has recently expanded its Design Studio and added almost 1,000 square feet. This has enabled the company to create an Elite Kitchen section, displaying high-end cabinetry, counters, backsplashes, and professional appliances. The latest trends in kitchen design will be displayed, ranging from quartz options to painted cabinets in a range of colors.
At the Open House, experts will explain the steps involved in building a custom home, from purchasing a piece of property to selecting a floor plan. Experts will also discuss financing options using a construction loan. The sales and design team will be on hand to answer all questions with regard to custom homes.
Refreshments will be served. Shea Studios recommends allowing an hour’s worth of time to ensure all questions are answered and people have enough time to browse all the displays. Many Brochures will be on hand for people to take with them so they can further research their options after the Open House.
The Open House will take place this Thursday, February 18, between 5:00 and 7:00 pm at the main office of Shea Custom.
