Unique car museum opens in Concord

The Mustang Owner’s Museum opened in Concord early this month.

The museum is 40,000 square feet in area and will house between 55 and 60 Mustangs. Among the styles of Mustang cars will racing, classic, modified ones, and a few more unusual versions. The goal of the museum is to highlight how the Mustang became one of the most popular “pony cars” among car owners.

There will also be exhibits on the heritage and history of the car and the vehicles, going back to 1964 World’s Fair in New York, to Barn Find, to Mustang Culture. Rare memorabilia will also be shown. Exhibits will change periodically so that visitors will always have something new to see.

Flyer printing can be used so that the community and others can become aware of such exhibits and make their plans accordingly.

The museum also has a library with Mustang cover magazines and Mustang Books to facilitate research for the Mustang enthusiast. There are also videos so that guests can watch interviews with people who created the car and made it into the hobby it is today.

The public can also hold sales conference, family reunions, private meetings, and car-related activities in the museum’s large hospitality room.

The museum is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and from noon until 5:00 pm on Sunday.
