Major changes are taking place in Concord.
The Novi Rise project is a mixed-use project in the downtown area that will represent an investment of $38.5 million by the Lansing Melbourne Group. Novi Rise will have 167 apartment units that will include studios, and one- and two-bedroom units. There will be retail space on the street level and underground parking. It will be the largest of the several projects being undertaken in the downtown area, and will offer the greatest number of amenities.
Novi Lofts will be next door to Gianni’s and across the street from the Cabarrus Creamery. It will have 89 residential units, retail space on the ground floor, and a restaurant on the roof top. This project is expected to cost $20.3m in total.
Next month, the first residents will be moving into Novi Flats, which is connected to the parking deck of Cabarrus County. This project has 48 residential units, all of which have upscale finishes, as well as retail space on the ground floor. This project will cost $11.2m.
Banner printing can be used in such areas to inform residents and those thinking about living there of residential opportunities.
Amenities that will be available at Novi Rise, and that will be made available to those at Novie Lofts and Novi Flats, will include a fitness center, washing station for dogs, work pods, secure Amazon package lockers, and conference rooms.
