One-of-a-kind festival headed to downtown Concord

El Puente Hispano and the City of Concord are collaborating to present the Concord International Festival for its second edition in October.

Such special events and festivals are often promoted throughout a region with banner printing.

This festival celebrates the diversity and many cultures in the city and the county. There will be cultural displays, international drinks and food, dance performances, an area for kids with games inspired from around the world, and vendors with crafts and merchandise so that attendees can explore the many different countries in their community. It is promised to be a day of family-friendly activities.

In a statement, Bill Dusch, the Mayor of Concord, said that the festival will showcase the diverse communities and rich cultures that make the city one of the most desirable places to live, work, and play, along with being one of the fastest growing in the country. He added that last year’s event was extremely successful, and the city is looking forward to welcoming even more visitors and vendors to come to the downtown and celebrate what makes the city so unique and special.

Sandra Torres, President of El Puente Hispano, is looking to bring more energy and passion to this year’s festival by expanding the number and range of vendors and expand the list of performers.

The Concord International Festival will take place in downtown Concord on Saturday, October 1.
