The grand opening of The Designery on McGill Avenue in Concord will take place later this month.
The Designery is a full-service bath, kitchen, and closet design center and features high-quality flooring, countertops, and cabinets. The owner of the establishment is Carolina Preciado.
The Designery has an extensive selection of products, including over 100 styles of cabinets, and offers design expertise from its in-house consultants. Its showrooms display a selection of finishes and materials, personal design consultation, and a virtual reality design view.
Such new establishments might look to local Print shops to help inform and promote their businesses with Flyers and other printed materials.
Preciado was a realtor and spent 20 years in the culinary industry before she opened her own business. She is originally from Bogotá, Columbia, and moved to the United States as an infant. She moved to North Carolina in 2006 and now lives in Charlotte.
Preciado plans to establish relationships with non-profit organizations in the area, such as Future Business Leaders of America and Habitat for Humanity, as well as with other local businesses and schools to create a professional community. She hopes to be able to provide training and employment opportunities, excellent services and products, and support to the people of Concord.
