Concord to see development of new business park

A new corporate business park will be developed in Concord by Fortius Capital Partners also based in Concord.

The Springs Business Park, to be located at the corner of Weddington and Pitts School Roads, will be about one mile from Interstate 85. It is expected to be a premier small-bay industrial project that will serve the demand for businesses looking for space between 2,000 and 10,000 square feet in the Charlotte area.

The business park will be built in two phases. The first phase will have two buildings one that will span 22,950 square feet and another that will cover 27,000 square feet. There will be a single building 22,950 square feet in area in the second phase. Brochure printing is often used for providing more detailed information about such spaces.

The buildings themselves will be of high-quality materials and include glass storefronts that will provide a great deal of natural light and masonry on all sides.

Bill Dusch, mayor of Concord, expressed his excitement about the opportunities that will become available with this new business park. He added that this will be a unique addition to the city and county as it will be able to serve as a business incubator as well as small to medium sized industrial companies.

Construction on the first phase is expected to begin this summer.
