Michael Hausler has been appointed as the Information Technology (IT) Director of the city of Concord.

Hausler will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the city as it brings IT resources and services in-house after many years of outsourcing them. He will work with city leaders to create and administer IT policies that enhance customer services, protect critical resources, and support a growing workforce. Such new positions typically require the need for business card printing services.

Lloyd Payne, city manager, expressed his excitement about welcoming Hausler to the team. Payne said that Hausler has extensive knowledge of IT in both the private and public sectors, and his experience will benefit the city as it builds its internal information technology department.

Hausler expressed his excitement about starting this role and expressed his honor at being the person to head up the city’s IT services. He said he will be focusing on providing high-quality services for the city’s customers as well as ensuring the integrity and security of the city’s systems and data.

Hausler has over a quarter of a century’s experience in IT and is knowledgeable about infrastructure, database, and server administration, having worked for both private and public organizations. He has been an IT Director at the Helena College University of Montana and for Flathead County, Montana.
