St. Louis to organize street festival

St. Louis will be holding a community event at The Grove in October to showcase local vendors and talented performers.

GroveFest is an annual street fair where people can visit to experience live entertainment and family-friendly activities. This year, the performing line-up will include Divas of the Grove, Dylan Triplett, and Hazmat. There will also be African dancers, a fire performer, and a juggler attending the festival. Those interested in helping out during GroveFest can become volunteers. People who assist with the event will get a free meal for their shift and a commemorative tee.

The Grove is a district in St. Louis that was originally called the Manchester Strip. The street became an entertainment district after investment efforts helped draw in new clubs and businesses, including the Attitudes Night Club. The Grove Community Improvement District was later created in 2009 to improve local safety and the neighborhood’s beauty. The street is home to stores such as Rise Coffee, Chao Baan, and the Beast Butcher and Block.

The community fair will be held on Saturday, October 1 from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Those who attend the festival do not need to pay admission fees to see the entertainment or take part in the activities. Volunteer shifts will be available from 6:00 am to midnight. Event planners for fairs like this can thank their volunteers by offering them Promotional Products.
