St. Louis to hold empowering festival

The 50 Roses Foundation will be organizing a fundraiser in May that takes participants on a walking tour of St. Louis.

Rosé Day STL is a charitable activity where people can try samples of wine while supporting local non-profits that empowers women who live in St. Louis. Each attendee will get a wine glass, and there will be over 10 designated tasting stations for people to enjoy. Guests can also browse pop-up street vendors during the experience. Merchants who take part in walking festivals like this may use banner printing to attract consumers.

The 50 Roses Foundation is a non-profit group that was established to help raise funds and awareness for other local organizations. This year, the foundation will be highlighting groups such as the Diamond Diva Empowerment Foundation Initiative, Habitat for Humanity Women Build, and St. Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness. People will have the option to choose which charity will benefit from their ticket purchase when checking out.

Rosé Day STL will take place on Saturday, May 7 from noon to 6:00 pm. The price will be $35 per person, though guests can also donate an additional $10 to help the 50 Roses Foundation raise more money for local charities. The event will begin at the Fountain at Maryland Plaza. All participants must wear masks during the walking festival, and groups will be limited to four people.
