The Marriott Grand in St. Louis will hold an exclusive business conference in May for chief experience (CX) leaders.
The Chief Experience Officer Exchange is an event where CX leaders can meet with other industry professionals and learn about effective solutions to business challenges. The conference will discuss several topics, such as customer retention, strategies for customer personalization, creating customer-centric cultures, and amplifying customer voices. There will be many expert speakers at the event, including Orlando Gadea, Michelle Billinger, and Carey Stoker.
Those who attend the conference will get to participate in one-to-one meetings with solution providers. The event will have scheduled and unscheduled networking activities for attendees and group brainstorming sessions. Participants who are new to the exchange can attend an orientation at the start of the conference that will teach them how to make the most of the event.
