St. Louis museum to organize winter celebration

The St. Louis Art Museum will hold a two-day winter festival in December that showcases many cultures.

Winter Celebrations 2024 is a family-friendly festival where attendees can participate in several activities and watch cultural performances. The programs at the museum will be held in the Sculpture Hall, Grigg Gallery, and The Farrell Auditorium. Many organizations will take part in the event, like the Dance Center of Kirkwood, the Radhanika Dance School, and Alma de Mexico St. Louis. People can also watch a performance by the Gateway Music Outreach Community Youth Orchestra.

The St. Louis Art Museum was created in 1879 to preserve a legacy of artistic achievement for those living in St. Louis. There are many exhibitions at the museum, such as Narrative Wisdom and African Arts, Currents 124: Crystal Z Campbell, and Jaune Quick-to-See Smith. People can also visit the organization for events like stargazing sessions, storytime activities for children, and lectures from members of the museum. Visitors may even go on drop-in collection tours during the weekend.

Winter Celebrations 2024 will be held on Saturday, December 14th and Sunday, December 15th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Guests do not need to pay to take part in either day of the seasonal festival, and reservations are also not required. Museums that organize holiday-themed celebrations like this may promote their activities to visitors with flyer printing services.
