St. Louis festival to feature country signer

A country artist will be in St. Louis as part of the Open Highway Music Festival soon. The first festival was held in 2012, and it has since become an annual event.

William Clark Green hails from Flint, Texas, and was in college at Texas Tech when he released his first album, “Dangerous Man,” in 2008. Two years later, he released “Misunderstood.” His third album, ”Rose Queen,” which came out in 2013 proved to be his breakthrough. A track from this album, “It's About Time,” was the first time he broke into the Top Ten on Texas Radio.

“She Likes the Beatles,” also from the “Rose Queen Album,” was a regional hit, going to No. 1, and another three songs from the album made it onto the Texas country charts.

His popularity continued to grow with the release of “Ringling Road” in 2015, which made it onto the Billboard 200 chart, debuting at No. 133. The effort eventually climbed to No. 18 on the U.S. Country chart.

One review says:

“This artist has a great sound that will leave you with an unforgettable experience. The songwriting, music, approach with fans, and the rest of the band will leave you wanting to learn more about them!”

William Clark Green will appear at the Off Broadway on Lemp Avenue, on December 11 at 8:00 pm. Flyer printing is often used to provide publicity for this type of event.
