This May, the Rabbit Rescue of Minnesota will hold the Eden Prairie Bunny Yoga Class at the Eden Prairie Community Center for anyone interested in ‘hopping’ into a unique and adorable way of experiencing a yoga session.
The Rabbit Resue of Minnesota is a non-profit, entirely volunteer-led rabbit rescue that takes in neglected, sick, abused, or abandoned rabbits and rehabilitates them with the goal of eventually adopting them out to good homes. The rabbits are housed in well-vetted, responsible foster homes that prepare them for eventual adoption. Adoption applicants are also thoroughly vetted, and their homes receive an inspection for proper conditions before the rabbit is released.
The rescue has organized this class as a fun way to educate the public about the organization’s mission and connect with people who may wish to get involved. During the yoga session, participants will be able to interact with dozens of rabbits hopping freely about the room. People are allowed to pet the animals, but picking them up is prohibited.
Organizers hosting classes like this may decide to advertise on colorful Flyers that can be printed at local Print shops specializing in flyer printing, and then distributed in the community.
The Eden Prairie Bunny Yoga Class will take place on Saturday, May 10, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Eden Prairie Community Center is located at 16700 Valley View Road. The class fee is $25.
