This February, the 4th Annual Galentine’s Event will be held at Eden Prairie Mall to celebrate a night of cinema, female friendship, and women-owned businesses.
The Galentine’s event will take place in the AMC Eden Prairie Mall 18 with the main activity being a private viewing of the movie Book Club. Organizers invite women and their gal pals to a night of women supporting other women. Besides the movie showing, there will also be a social hour filled with shopping from local women-owned shops.
There will be a champagne toast to enjoy and plenty of chances to win fun prizes and goodies from sponsors. Attendees will also receive a $10 gift card to use at the bar or concessions.
The movie night will be supporting local women’s shelters and nonprofits, and organizers ask that attendees consider bringing their gently used women's clothing to donate to organizations that help women get back on their feet after homelessness or hardship.
