TS Home Studio in Eden Prairie will hold a candle-pouring class next week for anyone interested in learning to make their own homemade candles.
TS Home Studio is a local candle store that specializes in additive-free soy wood wick candles that are stylish and safe for the whole household. Family owned and operated, the candle studio was originally a refurbished furniture store called “Upfinished Furniture” but was soon restructured to match the passion of the owners, which was candle-making.
The candle workshop will last approximately 45 minutes and will teach attendees how to blend their own fragrances and pour their own candles. Expert scent consultants will guide participants through crafting a custom-made fragrance, or if attendees prefer, they can also choose from a selection of signature and seasonal scents. The class fee includes one 14-ounce vessel, soy wax, fragrance oil, a wood wick, wick clip, and wick sticker. All candles will need around two to three hours to fully cool before taking home.
Craft workshops such as this will frequently provide participants with informative Brochures detailing the class steps. Organizers can visit local brochure printing shops to prepare these materials for their events.
The candle-pouring class is scheduled for Wednesday, September 4 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. It will take place at the Eden Prairie Center, located at 8251 Flying Cloud Drive. Tickets are $40.
