Simply Ride's Annual Chili Cook-off will take place in Eden Prairie next month to offer a day of chili goodness and raise money for a good cause.
Simply Ride is the largest dealer of pre-owned motorcycles in Minnesota as well as the newest Yamaha dealer. It offers a range of models and makes for sale including but not limited to used Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki motorcycles. The company is also quite active in the surrounding community, often holding special events such as the annual chili cook-off.
The cook-off happens each year to raise money for Soldier’s 6, which is a nonprofit that pairs trained service dogs with first responders and veterans that need critical emotional support and therapeutic companionship. The money is raised through entry fees required to taste the chilis and cast a vote on the best one. The winner of the cook-off will receive a $75 Simply ride gift card, and all chefs participating will receive a $25 gift card.
