The Eden Prairie Center will present the Delightfully Wicked: A Magical Meet & Greet event this June for any families with young children who are fans of the hit Broadway musical Wicked.
The Delightfully Wicked event is a celebration of the Broadway musical Wicked, which is at its heart a story about friendship, redemption, and believing in oneself. The event is designed for young children to enjoy, and as such, the entertainment and activities will be tailored towards this demographic. Organizers recommend it for kids aged five and older.
The celebration will feature a meet-and-greet with two charmingly ‘wicked’ witches, a bubbly blonde witch, and a serious, green-tinged enchantress. Attendees will be able to take pictures with the witches against a magical backdrop. Afterwards, the witches will perform an original story told through storytelling, songs, dance, and audience participation. The event will wrap up with another photo op and hugs from the friendly witches.
Children’s activities like this are often advertised in library settings in the form of Posters, which can be affixed to bulletin boards. Organizers can get these posters printed at many local Print shops that offer poster printing.
The Delightfully Wicked celebration is slated for Saturday, June 14 from 10:30 pm to 12:30 pm. The Eden Prairie Center is located at 8251 Flying Cloud Drive. There is no admission fee for the show and meet-and-greet.
