Annie Hayes Wellness will bring some boozy meditative fun to Eden Prairie next month with the Happy x 2 + Yoga/a Beer event.
Annie Hayes Wellness (AHW) was founded by Annie Hayes, a self-proclaimed vagabond yoga teacher with certifications from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, MN. Her yoga center provides yoga classes that are affordable, accessible, and community centered, and that individuals of all levels can enjoy. The classes are holistic and carry an element of fun and humor not often found in similar yoga teachings.
The Happy x 2 event will combine a casual yoga session with the happy hour atmosphere of a bar after work. Participants will participate in a fun flow to help them decompress after a long day’s work. Afterwards, they are welcome to enjoy a refreshing craft beer or other beverage of choice at Fat Pants Brewing Co., a local craft brewery. Attendees will only need to bring their own mat to the class.
Yoga classes often get advertised in community newsletters or Brochures. To Print these materials, organizers may collaborate with local print shops specializing in brochure printing and similar services.
The yoga happy hour is scheduled for Monday, July 3 from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. Fat Pants Brewing Co. is located at 8335 Crystal View Road. General admission is $20.
