The Eden Prairie Community Foundation will hold its annual Prairie Brewfest next month to provide a festive event for the community while also supporting those in need.
The Eden Prairie Community Foundation is a philanthropic organization committed to supporting Eden Prairie by providing grants to local nonprofits, hosting fundraising events, and serving as a fiscal sponsor for organizations and people trying to make a difference. All proceeds raised from September’s Prairie Brewfest will go towards helping disadvantaged community members.
The brewfest will feature various regional and local breweries, distillers, and vintners set up outdoors. They will offer tasting samples of their respective craft beverages, and cuisine from local eateries will be available to pair with the samples. There will also be live music from talented local acts to liven up the atmosphere, and sponsors will be giving out door prizes and Promotional Products to attendees. Some of this year’s sponsors include Tavern 4 & 5, Oppidan, Opus, and Climatech. Attendees will also be able to cast their vote for the event’s community grant recipients.
The Prairie Brewfest is slated for Saturday, September 10 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It will take place at Purgatory Creek Park located on 13001 Technology Drive, Eden Prairie. Tickets can be purchased in advanced for $35 on the Foundation’s website or for $40 at the door.
