Eden Prairie bash to benefit breast cancer research

Jacquelyn Vranicar and the vraniCure Crew will hold the vraniCURE Bash 2023 in Eden Prairie next month to raise money for metastatic breast cancer research.

Vranicar is a Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer (MBC) survivor, and it is this intimate experience with the disease that propelled her to create vraniCure to help fund current research of metastatic breast cancer, which only receives three percent of all breast cancer research funding. vraniCure is a fully volunteer-led nonprofit that supports METAvivor, the only US-based organization that funds MBC research that goes through a rigorous peer review process.

The event will feature dinner and a cash bar, along with family-friendly activities, such as a live sketch artist and kids' carnival games. There will also be live music by Power Tap and Tyler Miller, and opportunities to attend a silent auction. In total, 100 percent of proceeds raised will go to METAvivor’s research grants.

Charity events like this will often have special guests attend, and organizers may decide to show appreciation of these guests by sending specialized invitation letters, which can be printed at professional Stationery printers.

The bash will take place on August 11 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. It will be held at Emerson, located at 12001 Technology Drive #3695. Adult tickets are $75, and child tickets are $10.
