Ham Lake to offer bowling class

The Kegel Training Center will hold a multi-day course at Ham Lake Lanes in December for those interested in two-handed bowling.

The Science of the Two-Handed System is a program where people can learn about throwing bowling balls with two hands from an experienced coach. The lessons will cover the fundamentals of a two-handed bowling style and teach students how to create proper ball motions. The program can be attended by bowling coaches and players, and all participants in the course must at least be ranked bronze by the United States Bowling Congress.

The instructor for the bowling class is Del Warren, the Kegel Training Center's vice president. Warren is a USBC Gold Level Coach who was formally a head coach for the Dominican Republic. He was also the president of Track International and has designed bowling balls that won awards like the 1996 Pearl Ball of the Year and the 1997 People's Choice Ball of the Year. Warren is currently the Webber Men's Bowling Team's head coach.

The class on two-handed bowling will be held from Thursday, December 12th to Saturday, December 14th. The cost of the course is $595 per person, which includes a workbook and a Masters Diploma in the two-handed system. Sports organizations that offer similar coaching programs to this may advertise their lessons with flyer printing services.
