Cold plunge and cocoa welcomes winter in Fenton
A health and wellness event centered on a cold plunge is coming to Fenton in a few weeks, bringing area residents together for a community event.
The Collective Cold Plunge, Sauna, and Cocoa will soon begin welcoming participants and spectators as part of a health initiative to start the new year on the right foot. The event will be held in conjunction with the SISU Mobile Sauna, which will warm and comfort participants after they take the plunge and return from the lake.
The plunge is being organized by Lindsaya, a member of the Warrior Wellness Collective, with help from Becky, the Body Whisperer. Attendees will learn holistic healing methods and their benefits when it comes to living healthier lives. Flyer printing is an excellent and cost-effective way to promote community events like this while generating excitement. Participation will learn more about mental and physical resilience.
All interested parties will need to sign a participation disclaimer before being given the green light to participate. Participants can expect increased mental clarity, boosted immune systems, and a strong sense of community.
The polar plunge will be held at the Huron Fishing Spot at Proud Lake on Saturday, January 11. The doors will open at 9:45 AM, and the event will end at noon. Spectator tickets start at $10 per person.
