Food enthusiasts and party hosts will want to keep an open schedule next month, as a charcuterie class is providing instructional courses in Fenton.
The Charcuterie Building Class with The Cheese Lady will begin in the coming weeks. Party hosts and foodies are invited to learn the design skills to build flavorful boards for events. Attendees will receive instruction from The Cheese Lady on crafting a cheeseboard for their party’s guests. Each attendee will receive the cheeseboard they have crafted to share with family and friends.
The price of the crafting course includes the wooden charcuterie board, which allows participants to continue practicing their newly learned skills at home. Interested parties can register as single participants or with a friend or family member to add to the experience. The cheeseboards guests will craft include food to feed six to eight people. Brochure printing is an excellent way to share tips for crafting and pairing foods at such events.
Guests can expect wine and light snacks to help them remain refreshed during the learning experience.
The Holly Cafe will host the crafting course on Friday, May 17. The event will begin at 6:30 pm, though registered guests are encouraged to arrive early. Registration is $90 per person, and tickets are available online via Eventbrite. The event also has a Facebook page.
