The New Year Sound Bath and Tea Ceremony, led by Lauren and Brian Dodge, has an official date in the calendar for next month as it prepares to welcome guests wanting to boost their health. Instructors will use singing bowls and other implements to create healing soundwaves for attendees. The 90-minute bath combines vibrations with frequency and stillness to provide the ideal environment for meditation.
Attendees will learn to set their intentions before beginning the sound bath experience. The Dodges have chosen to offer this session due to their love of community, natural remedies, and alchemy. Participants can feel good about attending, as part of the ticket price will be donated to a local non-profit.
